Shipping policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days (weekends and holidays are NOT business days).

* Shipping can take up to 2-4 days, unless stated otherwise due to holidays or sales.

* All customers will be supplied with a tracking number once item is shipped.

* Unfortunately we can not be held responsible for packages that are lost due to the mailing carrier or stolen. You will have to file a claim with the carrier if your package is lost. We will not send out another package.

* Please double check your address before checking out. We can not offer replacement packages due to customer's mistake. 

* If your tracking your package and the status says "delivered" and you have not received your package, please contact the carrier.

* If your package is returned to us because you provided an incorrect address or did not claim your package at the post office in a timely manner, then we will charge a reshipping fee to reship your package to you. If you would like to just refund (since the products are back in our possession untouched) then to reship it to you, we will refund the price of the item(s) but we will not refund the shipping cost.
